Beta 样品池是目前最便捷、低成本、最易用的可拆卸样品池。组装过程如下：将样品放置在两个未钻孔的窗口之间，窗口之间用垫片隔开。然后将窗口放入支架中，并用螺纹固定环固定。这种样品池非常适合学生使用，并且足够耐用，可以连续使用。建议用于分析未知样品，以免损坏更昂贵的样品池。使用标准 25 x 4 毫米圆盘。
