新型 DFL-10 HPLC 荧光检测器具有荧光检测的灵敏度和特异性，且价格与大多数低成本紫外检测器一致。
DFL-10 可配置多种灯管，覆盖紫外和可见光波段。可选灯管包括氘灯（需额外付费，并建议搭配扩展范围光电倍增管）、254nm、280nm 和 365nm 汞灯，以及波长高达 870nm 的可见光波段的钨灯。除上述灯管外，用户还可以选择标准仪器，该仪器将使用除氘灯以外的所有灯管，并搭配标准光电倍增管 (PMT) 或扩展范围 PMT。
激发和发射滤光片不包含在仪器的基本价格中，必须根据应用要求进行选择。
DFL-10 具有许多超越所有其他过滤荧光仪器的出色功能，包括内置诊断、上升时间控制、零点偏移、自动调零、自动增益控制（高压）以及 D2 或钨丝灯版本关闭灯能以读取化学发光和生物发光的能力。
