加热静态顶空进样器适用于挥发性物质的分析，尤其适用于样品基质较脏的情况。该进样器采用10通气体进样阀和固定体积进样环，可实现最高精度。
恒温顶空套管可容纳装有 10 - 20 mL 样品的标准 40 mL VOA 样品瓶。
电磁阀
当样品瓶插入顶空套管时，两根针头会刺穿样品瓶的隔垫顶部。吹扫气体通过一根针头进入样品瓶，对样品瓶加压，另一根针头将顶空蒸汽输送到气体进样阀的环路中。位于环路出口处的电磁阀在PeakSimple数据系统的控制下打开，使顶空蒸汽在将环路内容物注入色谱柱之前吹扫环路。整个顶空套管在数据系统的控制下进行机械搅拌。
在 PeakSimple 控制下，头部空间套管的温度从环境温度升至 90 ° C，并可在取出 VOA 小瓶之前冷却下来。
