Buck 910 型色谱柱箱最多可容纳一个 7 英寸（优选 5 英寸）的色谱柱笼或多个缠绕在较小线圈上的色谱柱。310、410 型色谱柱箱以及 910D 型色谱柱箱最多可容纳一个 4 英寸（优选 10 英寸）的色谱柱笼或多个缠绕在较小线圈上的色谱柱。
