真空泵接口是一个由数据系统控制的电源插座（120 或 220 VAC），位于 910 或 310 GC 侧面，用于连接外部真空泵。PeakSimple 数据系统可以打开/关闭此插座的电源，从而控制真空泵。
通常，真空泵用于抽取气体样品，使其通过捕集阱进行环境空气监测，或通过从远程位置抽取样品气体来加载气体采样阀的回路。由于真空泵可以精确开启一段时间，因此流经捕集阱的气体流量具有极高的可重复性（约为 100 毫升/分钟）。
