This ZnS (Zinc Sulfide) 13x2mm cell window is insoluble in water, normal acids and bases. ZnS reacts to strong oxidizing agents, but has good resistance to thermal and mechanical shock.
The working wavelength range for ZnS is 17,000 - 722 cm-1.
