Order Changes

Please check orders for accuracy; changes requested after 24 hours of order confirmation may incur additional fees.

Returns

  • Standard NW Spec items and spectrometer sensors may be returned within 30 days of shipment for a refund/credit (subject to a 25% restocking fee).
  • Custom configurations and resold items incur a 50% restocking fee.

Final Sale

Software and light source replacement bulbs are non-refundable. Light source returns incur a bulb replacement charge plus the 25% fee.

RMA Required

Do not return items without prior authorization. Contact NW Spec Support to request an RMA number.
