Description
F2000 a high-precision film thickness measure instrument for thin film thickness measurement based on spectral reflectance technology. Covering a range from nanometers to micrometers, it enables non-contact, accurate measurement of thin films. Materials can include photoresists, oxides, silicon or other semiconductor materials, organic films, and transparent conductive films, this solution is valuable in applications from semiconductor to biomedical. It can replace Filmetrics F20 film thickness measure instrument.
