NWSPEC's UAV-mounted hyperspectral system performs multi-parameter spatial water quality inversion for CODMn, TN, TP, NH₃-N, Chl-a, TSS and DO — achieving >80% overall accuracy, a capability proven not in lab prototypes but in mass-deployed, real-world production systems across river basins, lakes and reservoirs throughout China.
Field-validated results include: average absolute error of 11.95% (Guangxi reservoir) and 18.6% (Jiangxi lakes, 9 sampling points), with full 7-parameter spatial mapping campaigns in Shandong, Anhui (Chaohu Lake), Jiangsu, Shanghai, Chongqing and Beijing (8-flight Chao River survey).
