NWSPEC (Xiongan) Co., Ltd. is a professional manufacturer and supplier of precision analytical instruments, including GC/LC-MS, Raman, FTIR, ICP-OES, and hyperspectral imaging systems. We serve research institutions, universities, and industrial laboratories worldwide. All purchases are subject to the following return and refund terms.

  1. Order Cancellation Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement at no charge. After 24 hours, cancellation requests are subject to review and may incur a cancellation fee. Custom-configured or OEM orders cannot be cancelled once production has commenced.

  2. Return Eligibility Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for standard catalogue instruments. The instrument must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by all original accessories and documentation. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be obtained prior to returning any item. Items returned without a valid RMA will not be accepted.

  3. Restocking Fees Standard catalogue instruments: 25% restocking fee. Custom-configured or OEM instruments: 50% restocking fee. Final sale (non-returnable): Software licenses, light source consumables, and single-use lab supplies.

  4. Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photographic evidence. NWSPEC will arrange repair, replacement, or full refund at no additional cost to you.

  5. Refund Processing Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a NWSPEC error or product defect.

  6. How to Initiate a Return Email sales@nwspec.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 1-2 business days with RMA instructions and return shipping guidance.
