At NWSPEC, we are committed to customer satisfaction. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. To initiate a return, contact us at sales@nwspec.com with your order number and reason for return.
Non-Returnable Items The following items are not eligible for return:
- Custom-configured or made-to-order instruments
- Consumables, reagents, and standard solutions that have been opened
- Software licenses and downloadable products
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper installation
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at sales@nwspec.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
