Shipping Policy
Processing Time Orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Custom-configured instruments may require additional lead time — we will notify you with an estimated ship date after order confirmation.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times We ship internationally from our facilities in Hebei and Tianjin, China. Estimated delivery times:
- Asia-Pacific: 5–10 business days
- North America & Europe: 10–20 business days
- Other regions: 15–25 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, carrier delays, or remote locations.
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, package weight, and dimensions. For large instruments, freight shipping will be quoted separately — contact us at sales@nwspec.com for a freight quote before ordering.
Customs & Import Duties International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in our prices or shipping costs.
