Shipping Policy Last updated: July 2026

NWSPEC (Xiongan) Co., Ltd. ships precision analytical instruments to research institutions, universities, government agencies, and industrial facilities worldwide. Due to the technical nature and size of our products, shipping arrangements differ from standard consumer e-commerce.

1. Order Processing & Lead Times Standard catalogue instruments ship within 10–14 business days after order confirmation. Custom-configured or OEM instruments require 4–12 weeks, confirmed in writing at time of order. All orders require written confirmation before production or shipment commences. You will receive an estimated ship date via email after your order is confirmed.

2. Shipping Methods Small instruments and consumables are shipped via DHL, FedEx, or UPS express courier. Large analytical systems such as ICP-OES, GC-MS, and hyperspectral imagers are shipped by sea freight or air freight, arranged by NWSPEC or the buyer's nominated forwarder. Freight quotations for large systems are provided separately — please contact sales@nwspec.com before placing your order.

3. Shipping Origin All orders ship from our facilities in Xiongan or Tianjin, China.

4. Estimated Transit Times Asia-Pacific: 3–7 business days by express courier, 7–15 days by sea freight. North America: 7–12 business days by express courier, 25–35 days by sea freight. Europe: 7–12 business days by express courier, 20–30 days by sea freight. Middle East and Africa: 10–15 business days by express courier, 30–45 days by sea freight. Transit times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance or carrier delays.

5. Shipping Costs Express courier costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Freight costs for large systems are quoted separately via sales@nwspec.com. Shipping costs do not include customs duties, import taxes, or destination handling fees.

6. Customs, Duties & Import Regulations International shipments may be subject to customs inspection, import duties, and taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer. NWSPEC will provide all necessary export documentation including commercial invoice, packing list, and certificate of origin. HS codes and technical specifications are available upon request.

7. Risk of Loss & Title Risk of loss and title to goods pass to the buyer upon handover to the carrier (EXW/FOB unless otherwise agreed in writing).

8. Order Tracking A tracking number or freight booking reference will be provided via email once your order has shipped.

9. Damaged Shipments If goods arrive damaged, document the damage with photographs immediately upon receipt and contact us within 7 days at sales@nwspec.com. Please retain original packaging as it may be required for insurance claims.
