1. About NWSPEC

NWSPEC is a brand of Varsal Instruments, a scientific instruments manufacturer headquartered in Xiong'an New Area, Hebei Province, China. We design, manufacture, and supply analytical instruments including spectrometers, chromatographs, mass spectrometers, and related consumables to laboratories, universities, and industrial customers worldwide.

2. Eligibility & Use of This Website

This website is intended for business customers, research institutions, and qualified buyers of scientific instruments. By using this site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and authorized to enter into binding agreements on behalf of your organization where applicable.

You agree not to use this site for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the site or interfere with other users.

3. Orders & Pricing

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. An order is confirmed only upon receipt of our written order confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

• Custom and OEM orders require a signed purchase order and deposit before production commences.
• Lead times vary by product; standard instruments ship within 10–14 business days, complex systems may require up to 6 months.
• Taxes, duties, and import fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

4. Payment

Payment is due in full prior to shipment unless a credit account has been established. We accept bank transfer (T/T), major credit cards, and other methods as indicated at checkout. All transactions are processed securely via SSL encryption.

5. Shipping & Delivery

NWSPEC ships internationally from our facilities in Xiong'an and Tianjin, China. Risk of loss and title pass to the buyer upon handover to the carrier. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details on rates, handling times, and customs responsibilities.

6. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. Custom-configured and OEM instruments are subject to a 50% restocking fee. Software licenses and consumables are non-refundable.

7. Warranty

NWSPEC instruments are covered by a limited manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Warranty terms are provided with each shipment. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, unauthorized modification, or failure to follow operating instructions.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, product specifications, logos, and the HexaTrust™ trademark — is the property of NWSPEC (Xiongan) Co., Ltd. and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NWSPEC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the product giving rise to the claim.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of this website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hebei Province, China, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
