Peltier and Sipper System

The Peltier and Sipper System is a temperature-controlled sample handling accessory designed for use with Buck Scientific UV/Vis spectrophotometers including the 1041, 3041, and 7041 models. The Peltier cooling/heating element maintains precise sample temperature during absorbance measurements, which is critical for enzyme kinetics, protein stability studies, and temperature-sensitive analytical methods. The integrated sipper system enables automated sample aspiration directly from sample vessels into the flow-through cuvette, reducing manual handling and improving throughput in routine analytical workflows.
