This AgBr 38x6mm Disc is insoluble in water, but soluble in acids. Silver Bromide attacks base metals, and is sensitive to mechanical shock. AgBr crystal tends to darken when exposed to ultraviolet light, and is easily scratched. AgBr will cold flow. The working wavelength range for AgBr is 22,000 - 292 cm-1.
