LIBS-ALLOY-1535 Analyzer

Eye-safe, zero-radiation multi-element analysis and rapid alloy sorting.

The LIBS-ALLOY-1535 represents the next generation of handheld metal testing. Utilizing Laser-Induced Breakdown Spectroscopy (LIBS), it creates a micro-plasma on the sample surface to reveal true elemental composition in real-time. Capable of analyzing light elements (Z < 12) directly in solid samples, it bridges the gap left by traditional XRF analyzers.

Designed for absolute operator safety, the unit operates with a 1535 nm Class 1 Eye-Safe Laser, eliminating all X-ray radiation hazards and removing the need for costly regulatory licensing.

Light Element Detection

Accurately measures critical light elements (Z < 12) such as Al, Be, and Mg well beyond traditional XRF capabilities.

Maximum Safety

Features a 1535 nm Class 1 eye-safe laser. Operates with zero radiation hazards, removing regulatory compliance headaches.

Full Connectivity

Powered by Android and equipped with Bluetooth, 4G, WiFi, USB, and built-in GPS for seamless data transfer.

LIBS 1535nm vs. Traditional XRF

Capability LIBS-ALLOY-1535 Traditional XRF Analyzer
Radiation Safety ✓ Class 1 Eye-Safe (Zero Radiation) X-Ray ionizing radiation (Requires licensing)
Light Elements (Z < 12) ✓ Direct detection (Al, Be, Mg) Poor sensitivity or requires vacuum/helium
Analysis Time 2 seconds Typically 10-30 seconds
Regulatory Overhead None (No user badges or area logs) High (Mandatory training and safety logs)
