Spectral Irradiance Meters

SRI Series Spectral Irradiance Meters

SRI (Spectral Radiometer Irradiance) series measures absolute spectral irradiance across UV, VIS, and NIR ranges. Built on high-performance spectrometer sensors, each model is optimized for specific wavelength bands and light intensity levels.

Step 1: What wavelength do you need to measure?

  1. UV region (200–400 nm) → SRI40 series (general) or SRI68 series (cooled, ultra-low light)
  2. VIS region (350–950 nm) → SRI50 series (general) or SRI63 series (cooled, low-light)
  3. UV-VIS broadband → Contact us for SRI50-UV or custom configuration

Step 2: How bright is your light source?

  1. Standard brightness (mW/cm² to W/cm² range) → General spectrometer, no cooling needed
  2. Low-light (μW/cm² range) → Cooled spectrometer (SRI63 / SRI68) for noise reduction
  3. Ultra-low / photon-counting → Deep-cooled detector with extended integration time

Quick Selection Guide

SRI40-UV
UV Standard
  • 200–400 nm
  • Standard irradiance
  • General spectrometer
  • Arc flash detection
  • UV curing validation
SRI50-VIS
VIS Standard
  • 350–950 nm
  • Standard illuminance
  • General spectrometer
  • Lighting quality (CCT/CRI)
  • Display calibration
SRI63-LL
Low-Light Cooled
  • 350–950 nm
  • Low irradiance level
  • Cooled spectrometer
  • Bioluminescence
  • Weak LED characterization
SRI68-UVL
Ultra-Low UV Cooled
  • 200–400 nm
  • Ultra-low irradiance
  • Deep-cooled detector
  • Photon-counting UV
  • Research-grade UV-VIS
Rule of thumb: The second digit indicates detector class — 4x/5x = general (room-temperature), 6x = cooled. The higher the number, the lower the detectable light level. For arc flash UV detection at standard intensity, SRI40-UV is the right choice.
