Manual QuEChERS workflows involve multiple hands-on steps, including sample preparation, solvent addition, salt dispensing, mixing, centrifugation, extract transfer, dispersive solid-phase extraction, evaporation, filtration, and vial preparation.
Each manual step can introduce variability, contamination risk, and documentation gaps. Automation helps laboratories standardize preparation, reduce repetitive pipetting, and improve workflow traceability.

What the System Does
Accommodates up to 48 × 50 mL sample tubes for automated batch processing.
Programmable solvent dispensing and mixing for repeatable extraction workflows.
10 independent solid-dosing reservoirs with dosing precision of ≤3 mg.
Processes up to 8 tubes at speeds of up to 10,000 rpm. Refrigerated centrifugation is provided as standard.
Automated dispersive solid-phase extraction using configurable sorbent combinations such as PSA, C18, GCB, and Florisil.
8 independent nitrogen evaporation channels with near-dry detection at ≤30 μL.
60 filtration positions with 4-channel simultaneous filtration and clog detection. Prepared extracts are collected in 64 autosampler vial positions.
