PROCESS GC SYSTEM

The P5 is a process-grade rack-mounted GC system designed for continuous 24/7 monitoring of C2-C12 organic pollutants in ambient air. With ppt-level sensitivity, dual-stage enrichment, and full regulatory compliance (EU, EPA, China HJ), it serves as both a standalone air monitoring station and an integrated process control accessory for emissions management.

The built-in D2200 dilution system enables automated calibration from 1ppm cylinders down to 0.1ppb—essential for ppt-level accuracy validation. When paired with the D2 dynamic calibrator, it achieves fully unattended 7×24 operation with automatic drift correction. All data exports via MODBUS/Profibus to SCADA or environmental data platforms.
