RM-10 Series Hyperspectral Imaging Microscope

The RM Series combines automated push-broom hyperspectral imaging with high-magnification microscopy, capturing detailed spectral data and spatial images within the microscopic field of view — without requiring sample scanning. Designed for pathology, materials science, forensics, and semiconductor inspection, it integrates directly with Olympus, Carl Zeiss, Nikon, and Leica microscopes.

No sample scanning required. The RM-10 leverages the microscope’s own optical path to acquire hyperspectral data across the full field of view simultaneously — preserving sample integrity and dramatically reducing acquisition time.
