Overview
RL Series Laboratory Hyperspectral Imager

The RL Series is a high-performance push-broom hyperspectral imaging system designed for controlled laboratory and inline industrial environments. Covering 400–1700 nm with frame rates up to 400 fps, it integrates with conveyor systems, robotic arms, and fixed laboratory setups for food safety inspection, pharmaceutical QC, material sorting, and precision manufacturing quality control.

Laboratory precision at production speed. The RL Series delivers up to 400 fps acquisition with sub-nanometer spectral resolution — enabling real-time inline inspection without sacrificing spectral accuracy.
Capabilities
Key Features
Speed
Up to 400 fps

High-speed acquisition enables real-time inline inspection on fast-moving conveyor lines without motion artifacts.

Precision
High Spectral Resolution

Sub-nanometer spectral resolution across VNIR and SWIR ranges for accurate material identification and classification.

Integration
Inline & Conveyor Ready

Designed for direct integration with conveyor systems, robotic arms, and automated production lines.

Range
VNIR + SWIR Models

CMOS-based VNIR models (400–1000 nm) and InGaAs SWIR models (900–1700 nm) for comprehensive spectral coverage.

Sensitivity
High SNR Performance

Optimized optical design and detector selection deliver high signal-to-noise ratio for reliable detection of subtle spectral differences.

Flexibility
Configurable Optics

Multiple lens options and working distance configurations to match specific sample sizes and production line geometries.
